EVESHAM, WORCESTERSHIRE

Set in a loop of the River Avon, Evesham is an attractive market town dating from the 8th century with Abbey, many black and white timbered buildings and riverside walks.  The 400-year-old thatched black and white timbered cottage is on the edge of the town in an almost rural location and is Grade 2 listed, one of only four remaining in the town.  Situated adjacent to the owners' property, with access via a private driveway.  There is a footpath to the river and riverside walks from the cottage.  All town services and railway station easily accessible by car, walking or by an old rope drawn ferry across the river.

Central heating, gas, electricity, linen and towels are all included in the price.  No pets.
