HOW TO BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION
Booking procedure
First contact us to check availability of your chosen property, and we will then hold it provisionally for you until we receive the deposit payment.  If you wish to book online, please fill in the Booking Form.  Or, if you prefer, you can phone credit card details.
Prices
If you hold your mouse on the category symbol of each individual property the prices for that property will display.  These are guide prices only and are subject to change.  Please check with us before booking.
Payment
The deposit required is one-third of the total payment.  If the start of your stay is less than 6 weeks away, then full payment is due.  Payment can be made by:
  1. Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Euro Card)
  2. Eurocheque; there is a payment maximum of £750 per cheque
  3. Sterling cheque or draft
  4. Bank transfer (please ask us for details, but please note that our bank charges £18 for overseas transfers, which will be added to your invoice)
Confirmation
On receipt of your deposit we will send you a confirmation of your booking and an invoice.  Any alterations after this will incur a £30 surcharge.  Arrival details and key instructions will be sent after receipt of your final payment.
Security deposit
Most owners require a security deposit of £200 for short stays (we normally hold these by credit card and refund within 1 week of departure).  For longer stays the security deposit will be more.  This is to cover any damage/breakage that may occur or extra cleaning that may be necessary, and for any telephone charges.  It means that the owner can keep rates low while keeping the property up to standard, rather than charge higher rates to everyone for the occasional problem.
Cancellation Insurance (Optional)
We strongly advise all travellers to take out cancellation insurance, either ours or one offering similar cover, as unforeseen circumstances may make it necessary for you to cancel your holiday.  This will save you from financial loss, provided the reason for cancellation is covered by the policy.
Payment for this can only be accepted at the time of booking.  Should you have to cancel, the Cancellation Fee is non-refundable.  We offer this Cancellation Scheme to save our clients from unnecessary financial loss should they need to cancel for any of the reasons covered.  This is optional as we realise clients may wish to use, or may already have, alternative cancellation insurance.  Clients travelling with no cancellation insurance do so entirely at their own risk.
