Quiet residential area close to both the City and the West End.  A full range of shops is 5 minutes walk away.  Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly line) is 5 minutes walk while Highbury and Islington (Victoria line) is 10 minutes walk.  Islington is known for its interesting shops and good restaurants. The studio is a newly-built ground floor apartment overlooking a walled garden, adjoining the owners' house.  Full-length sliding French doors lead out to a wooden deck.  The beech-floored sitting area with large carpet has a corner kitchen including both microwave and conventional oven/hob.  Futon sofa bed 4ft 6in x 6ft 4in plus a two-seater sofa, coffee table, dining table and storage areas.  Extra floor bed available for third person if required.  Bathroom with shower/WC and washer/drier.  Street parking nearby except when Arsenal are playing (no room then)! Good area, attractive well-equipped studio.
