The modern-style builing has lifts to all floors.  All apartments have balconies, kitchen and bathroom. Studios sleep 1 or 2 with a choice of double or twin beds. One bedroom apartments come in three sizes - to sleep 3, 4 or 5.  Bedrooms here have either a double or twin beds plus a sofa bed in the sitting room.  And for the largest apartment, an extra single bed is available for a fifth person.
