Lower ground floor with a small rear patio.  The entrance is via a few steps down the very large apartment with quality furniture and fittings.  Fully-equipped kitchen includes breakfast bar and stools, dishwasher, microwave.  Separate laundry room.  Sitting/dining room with gas log fire, dining table and sofas.  TV, VCR/DVD and telephone.  Double doors lead to the large master bedroom with queen size bed.  Second bedroom has 4'6'' double bed.  Third bedroom has two twin beds.  Please note that entry to the third bedroom is through the second bedroom; a folding screen is provided.  Bathroom one has bath with shower over, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet.  Bathroom two is a separate shower room located between bedrooms two and three.  Also separate toilet opposite.  Small patio at rear. Lovely apartment that we would recommend highly.  Rear patio is pleasant in summer.
