Situated at the rear of a prestigious building opposite Green Park, this apartment is very quiet by London standards.  Green Park tube station is only 2 minutes away, as is the Ritz Hotel and the Park itself.  Many restaurants and local shops (including small supermarkets) in the dozens of small Mayfair streets near the apartment.  Easy access to many theatres (10/15 minutes walk or short bus or taxi ride). The entrance is through a wrought iron gate and door into an elegant hallway and planted area.  Once inside there is a small hallway with desk and wardrobe and cupboard space.  Off the hall is the small but well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath with shower over, double bedroom, sitting/dining room with comfortable sofa and armchairs and large windows.  There is no dining table as such but a folding table can be used.  Both bedroom and sitting room look out onto an interior 'well' with greenery.  The apartment is pleasantly decorated, and is not overlooked.
