Tredegar Square is one of London's finest intact Georgian squares and is 2 minutes walk from Mile End tube station (Central line).  From here Liverpool Street is 5 minutes while Oxford Street shops and the theatre area are 15 minutes.  Handy also for Holborn, the legal area of London (10 minutes), and Bloomsbury.  Bow Church tube station is 10 minutes walk away (Docklands Light Railway and Metropolitan line).  There is a black cab rank outside Mile End tube station and many buses on the main road.  Very close to Queen Mary College, part of the University of London.  The quiet elegant square has lawns and huge old trees and garden seats.
