NOTTING HILL
A cosmopolitan area made famous by the film of the same name, with property values rising and many houses being renovated (when these apartments were first viewed in 1999 every house had scaffolding outside).

Recently refurbished   Balcony

Recently refurbhed, well decorated apartment on the ground floor of a small block just south of Westbourne Park Rod.  A short walk to all the shops and restaurants for which Notting Hill is famous.  On Saturday mornings you can visit the famous market (fruit and veg, antiques, clothes and much more).  Tube stations at Ladbroke Grove and Notting Hill Gate (5 and 10 minutes walk).  Buses 3 minutes.

Sitting/dining room with wooden flooring.  Large double sofa, which folds out to a comfortable double bed.  Circular dining table for four.  Door leading out to a small balcony overlooking Portobello Road itself.  TV, VCR, radio/CD player.  Telephone.  Double bedroom facing rear gardens with built-in small wardrobe and a chest of drawers.  Fully-tiled bathroom with small bath tub, power shower, WC and wash hand basin.  Small but well-equipped kitchen with four gas hobs, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier.  Double glazing throughout.
