In Cambridge Road is a town house in a leafy residential street just across Ricmond Bridge on the Twickenham side of the river.  The amenities of Richmond - shops, theatre and cinemas, all banks and services - are a short walk across the bridge in the town.  Richmond train/tube station is approximately half a mile walk and St Margarets train station is about the same (approximately 10/15 minute train ride to central London from either station).  Buses pass at the end of the road two minutes walk away (to stations, shops and beyond).  Two minutes walk to the river, tennis courts and parks. The first floor apartment is located in a purpose-built block in Church Road, two minutes walk to Richmond Station and shops (see above). The house is a modern terraced town house of two storeys with a small paved frontage area and small rear paved garden with planted pots.  Downstairs: open plan sitting/dining room leading to rear kitchen with washer/drier, cooker and microwave.  Downstairs WC.  Upstairs: one double bedroom, second bedroom with twin bed, bathroom with bath with shower over and WC.  Telephone, TV.  Street parking.
