Less than five minutes walk from the city centre, this three bedroom two bathroom house offers the ideal base from which to explore.  Located on a quiet street parallel to the river, it is two minutes walk from Pulteney Bridge, leading to many nearby shops, restaurants and attractions. Ground floor: Modern kitchen/diner equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, etc.  Downstairs cloakroom/wc.  Small garage, and a parking permit is provided for nearby parking. First floor: Light and spacious sitting room with patio doors opening onto a small balcony, two sofas, one of which converts to a sofa bed if needed, and TV, DVD.  Single bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower.
