Sitting/dining room/kitchen with a balcony overlooking the courtyard, plasma TV screen/DVD and digital channels, double sofa bed.  The kitchen area is at the far end with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  Steep steps go up to an extra gallery sitting room or office with computer, broadband internet access, fax and voicemail, another TV and Sony playstation.  Double and twin bedrooms both with TV/DVD, bathroom and shower room.  Telephone.
